How to use a Steam Shower

Before You Steam:
First, make sure that you have all of the necessary supplies ready before you begin steaming. This includes bathing soap or shampoo, bath towel, shower caddy or basket, and stepping stool. If you are using a bathtub or shower stall, be sure to lay down a sheet of plastic wrap first so that your floor doesn’t get wet.
If You Are Stepping In:
To use a steam shower, first disrobe completely and step into the shower chamber fully clothed. Be sure to leave any wet clothing outside of the chamber as it will only add extra moisture to the steam room environment. If you are using a handheld shower head, aim it toward your feet and let the hot water pour onto them for about 30 seconds before turning it off and stepping out of the steam room.
