We drop ship your order once payment is received in full. We are experienced at drop shipping a believe in this business model for several reasons:

•    Drop Shipping allows us to negotiate with you on the best price, we are not set in stone like other web sites and firmly believe in comparison shopping. You should know that you may see our spas on another website under a different name, 98% of the time its still the same spa.
•    Your order is guaranteed with a written contract of sale. We will draft a binding agreement so you know exactly what your getting before paying.

Returns

Returns are accepted for a limited time. If you would like to initiate a return here is our policy:
•    If your spa was damaged in shipping, you may return it for another model if the severity of the damage warrants a replacement, you have 20 days to notify us of the damage. In most cases you will need to fully inspect the spa and its components, if a component is damaged it may not be necessary to return the entire shipment; we can easily replace damaged pains of glass, tubs, doors, and other spa parts.

•    Once the order has been delivered it may not be returned.

•    If you would like to cancel an order, please call us. If your cancelled item is part of a special order then a restocking fee will be applied and noted in your aforementioned written agreement.
•    Refusing an order is very costly, in most cases of damage we would prefer to send replacement parts for only the damaged pieces. Returning the entire spa is very expensive and we humbly ask your good judgment before refusing any items ordered from our company, you may call us anytime for consult.
