Shipping Information for your new Coral Sea Spa.:.
We are offering you a Custom Made Product in most cases, it is to be considered a special order item. The construction time for your spa or toilet or sink cabinet or other spa is between 6-10 weeks depending on the season of your order, your unique customized selections, and the model you have chosen.
Delivery is curbside and will be by appointment. If you require further assistance with the placement of your spa "we can help", simply call us anytime to request a quote for your residential or business location.
If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico delivery is $499 to ALL other states delivery is FREE. If you would like to arrange delivery for your spa please call us anytime.
Payment Policy:
We accept Wire Transfers and accept Bank Deposits with Bank of America and Suntrust -Nationwide
We ship our units within the 48 continental United States. We ship all of our units by freight truck. Upon arrival of shipment, all packages must be inspected for damages on site with the trucking company before the unit is signed for. If the package appears to be damaged, call our customer support center immediately for instructions. We can advise whether the visible damages to the crates are detrimental to the units. Once the unit is signed there is no way we can process the insurance claim with the Freight Company. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. Delivery is subject to delays caused by limited product availability or freight company problems. The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician, or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser of the shower unit accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation, and installation. This unit is not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify us from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, liability claims arising from the use of these products.
Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE IT on the Delivery Bill of Lading and YOU MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING AND KEEP YOUR COPY. Immediately contact us for more information. Also we will need you to fax that Copy to 727-327-2893. If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the freight company if signed (which means you received it in good condition). We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. After writing "damaged" on the bill of lading, you have 72 hours to report the contents that are damaged to us.
Please do not wait as this is very IMPORTANT, otherwise the freight company will not cover the replacement charges and you will be held liable. PLEASE KEEP ALL BOXES AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF THE UNIT IS DAMAGED, THE INSPECTOR WILL NEED TO COME AND INSPECT THE PACKAGE TO SEE HOW DAMAGED IT IS AND WHAT THEY ARE ABLE TO FILE ON THE CLAIM. IF THE BOXES AND PACKAGING ARE MISSING, THE FREIGHT COMPANY WILL SAY THEY ARE NOT LIABLE SINCE IT CAN'T BE PROVEN THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES WITHOUT SEEING THE CRATE/BOX.
It is important that you inspect your package by opening it, please open it carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter for cutting tape. If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent from further damage back to our warehouse.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT WEEKS OR MONTHS TO OPEN UP YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE INSPECT IT IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BE INSTALLING THE UNIT. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages the 72 hrs after delivery.
If a shipment comes in different boxes and it comes damaged, please only refuse the package that is damaged and we will ship you out a new part subject to availability. Again, if one crate is damaged, please just refuse the damaged crate back, not the entire unit.
Delivery is subject to delays caused by limited product availability, freight company problems, or weather conditions.
Important Customer Notes
You are advised not to book your plumber or carry out any preparatory work on your bathroom until your goods have arrived and been checked. Enjoy Being, LLC cannot accept any liability for losses accruing from plumber or preparatory costs.
Cancellations & Returns
You can return all items bought from CoralSeaSpas. within 20 days from delivery date to your location.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the delivery date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging will result with a restocking fee of up to 25%.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied if not returned in good faith (used products, not packaged properly, etc).
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be applied to using a company check.
It is the customers responsibility to check if these units will comply with their state and county codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county inspector, please ask them what they require. If you do require an inspection, we recommend the Royal SSWW units as they are compliant with ETL(UL) listings. WMK also comply with ETL (UL) marks in most states. If a customer purchases any steam shower unit or bathtub and it does not pass inspection, we allow returns with the following conditions below. You will be able to return the unit for purchase price of unit, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15% if in original packaging. If the shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Damaged Products
Upon receiving your item it is important that you open all packaging and check that items are present and not damaged. Any damage must be reported to Enjoy Being, LLC within 72 hours of delivery. Any damage that has been caused by transit of goods must be noted upon the carrier’s delivery note. Carriers require that you sign for all items being in good condition upon delivery. It is important that somebody is present to receive and check the items for damage on the day of delivery.
Back Ordering
If your order is not in stock then a member of our sales team will contact you and give you a revised delivery date. At this point you have the option to withdraw the order if you are unable to wait.
Guarantee
All parts include a 48 month guarantee against defects. In the unlikely event that a defect develops in one of the parts then please contact our sales team who will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Please note, Enjoy Being, LLC recommend that a trained engineer fit the spare part. Enjoy Being, LLC cannot accept any liability regarding the installation of spare parts. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Other
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.

The steam showers, whirlpool bathtubs, vanity sinks, and sauna units are considered bulky items. Your items will be delivered by a single driver. Therefore, please make sure there is an able bodied person available to help our delivery person unload the items.
Statement on Security, Privacy, and Legal Matters:
We know that your privacy is very important to you. That's why protecting any personal information, such as your name, address, email address or phone number that you provide to us is of the utmost importance to Enjoy Being, LLC, and its partners, divisions, affiliates, brands and other and websites. As a result, we have prepared this Privacy and Security Statement to let you know about the manner in which we collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage the personal information you entrust to us at any of our online websites (the "Stores"), through any Call Center (the "Call Centers"), or through our authorized service providers ("Service Providers").
When you provide personal information at our Stores, our Call Centers, and to our Service Providers, you are consenting to the manner in which Enjoy Being, LLC will collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information, as set out below.

Installation Services: When you purchase installation services you will be asked for information such as your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. You may also be asked for your credit or debit card details along with a shipping or installation address. This information will help ensure the proper delivery of the services you order from Enjoy Being, LLC and our Service Providers and to better assist you when you call us.
Call Centers: When you call one of our Call Centers about a product, delivery, an installation, a billing question or for customer service, you may be asked for information that identifies you along with additional information we need to help us promptly answer your question, such as your name and address and a phone number where we might contact you. We may retain this information to assist you in the future.
Online Registration: Registration is an optional service provided by our Sites. You do not have to register to browse or shop online. When you register, you are asked for personal information such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, a password that you select, and optionally, your interests. Your registration information may be used to help make your online shopping quicker and easier, by pre-filling certain parts of your shopping information. When you register you will have the opportunity to sign up for future marketing information from Enjoy Being, LLC.
Contests, Questions or Surveys: When you ask a question, participate in a survey or enter a contest or sweepstakes at a Store, a Enjoy Being, LLC sponsored event or through our Sites, we may collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We use this information to administer your participation in a contest or sweepstakes. At the time you are entering a contest or sweepstakes, we may ask your permission to send you future marketing information from Enjoy Being, LLC , our partners, and/or our Sites.
Other Uses of Personal Information: Enjoy Being, LLC uses personal information, including information provided to us from our Service Providers, to continually assess and improve the products and services we offer. We would also like to inform you of products and services, sales and special offers that might benefit you. When you register online or participate in a survey, you will have the opportunity to sign up for e-mails about our products, services, sales and special offers.We may also send you mail, email or call you with information about our product and service offerings if you have provided us with your name and address, email address or phone numbers at our Stores, Call Centers or Sites. Enjoy Being, LLC will not use or disclose any information you provide about someone else for any purpose other than:
1. To ship the order and confirm delivery;

Personal Information Disclosure: Enjoy Being, LLC will not trade, rent or sell your personal information, without your prior consent, except as otherwise set out herein.
Extended Warranty Services: If you purchase a Enjoy Being, LLC Extended Warranty Service you will be required to provide information such as your name and address to our warranty Service Provider. Also, if you purchase installation services from Enjoy Being, LLC, these services may not be provided by Enjoy Being, LLC associates, but rather by reputable local or national companies with which we contract to provide such services. If your purchases are being shipped to you, we will share your shipping information on a confidential basis with our delivery service providers (U.S. Postal Service, Canada Post, or other delivery companies we or you select). Arbitration and Arbitrability: Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with a contract , sale, refund, return, cancelled order, or other purchase from Enjoy Being, LLC shall be determined by the appointment of a single arbitrator to be agreed between the parties, or failing agreement within fourteen days, after either party has given to the other a written request to concur in the appointment of an arbitrator, by an arbitrator to be appointed by the President or a Vice President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
